How to use: Shave the area to remove body hair at least one day prior to application and remove all body oil; cover any rashes or broken skin with a non-stick wound pad. Always strap the joint at rest, prepare pre-cut strips before applying, and flex the joint as you tape for good tension. Overlap layers by half the width of the tape, using enough layers for the support you need without restricting joint mobility. If you feel numbness or tingling, the tape is too tight: remove it and re-apply with less pressure. Remove the tape as soon as possible after use using bandage scissors, cutting on a soft area away from bone and peeling gently and slowly so as not to rip the skin. If you are unsure, seek instruction from an expert or consult a physician.
