Cutimed Sorbact Contact Sterile 4cm x 6cm 40 Pack is a DACC-coated, non-absorbent wound contact layer designed for the management of clean, contaminated, colonised or infected exuding wounds. Utilising Sorbact Technology, this contact layer is intended to bind bacteria and fungi from the wound surface while allowing wound exudate to pass through into a secondary dressing. Suitable for use on both superficial and deep wounds, including surgical wounds, traumatic wounds, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and leg ulcers, Cutimed Sorbact Contact offers a versatile dressing option for a range of clinical scenarios. The dressing can be easily cut to the required size and shape, making it adaptable to various wound types and dimensions. It is also suitable for use in conjunction with Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) as a liner or wound filler. Each pack contains 40 sterile dressings measuring 4cm x 6cm, providing a practical supply for ongoing wound management. Should the clinical condition allow, the dressing may be left in place for up to 7 days, supporting consistent wound care with fewer dressing changes.
