• Biotin 50 micrograms
• Calcium pantothenate 22mg, equiv. pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 10mg
• Levomefolate calcium 109 micrograms, equiv. levomefolic acid (L-5-MTHF) 100 micrograms
• Mecobalamin (co-methylcobalamin) 200 micrograms, (methyl Vitamin B12)
• Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 5mg
• Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate 8mg, equiv. pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 5mg
• Riboflavin sodium phosphate 7mg, equiv. riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 5mg
• Thiamine hydrochloride 6mg, equiv. thiamine (Vitamin B1) 5mg

Other ingredients: Purified water, glycerol (sunflower derived), xanthan gum.

Adults: Take 5mL once daily. Children 2 to 7 years: Take 2.5mL once daily. Children 8 to 18 years: Take 5mL once daily. Or as directed by your health professional.
