Directions for use:

• Install batteries
• Insert cuff air plug into the left-hand side of the monitor unit
• Remove thick clothing from the arm area; a bare arm is recommended
• Rest for several minutes before testing and sit in a quiet place with your arm supported and feet flat on the floor
