Ingredients
Each tablet contains: Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2 mg; Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 12 mg; Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 5 mg (as calcium pantothenate 5.46 mg); Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 1.5 mg (as pyridoxine hydrochloride 1.82 mg); Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 2 micrograms; Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 59 mg; d-alpha-tocopheryl acid succinate 7 mg (Vitamin E 8.47 IU); Copper (as copper gluconate) 350 micrograms; Biotin (Vitamin B7) 2.5 mg; Potassium (as potassium iodide) 15 micrograms; Iodine (as potassium iodide) 50 micrograms; Iron (as ferrous fumarate) 10.5 mg; Selenium (as selenomethionine) 30 micrograms; Silicon (as silicon dioxide) 15 mg; Zinc (as zinc sulfate monohydrate) 11 mg; Cysteine 5 mg.
Contains sulphites and soya bean products. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Adults and children 12+ years: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by your health professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. CPP
