Directions for use: Take one capsule first thing in the morning with food and with 250ml-500ml of water. Take another capsule with lunch or before training (at least 3 hours apart) no later than 5 pm or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

A cup of instant coffee contains approx. 80mg of caffeine. Caffeine interacts with the liver enzyme CYP1A2. Consult your health professional before taking other medicines. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products, including tea and coffee when taking this product. Caffeine intake of more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
