• Magnesium (as sulphate) 78.1mg
• Zinc (as sulphate) 10.2mg

• Iodine (as potassium iodine) 75mcg
• Selenium (as selenomethionine) 50mcg

Directions: Adults and teenagers take one sachet daily, stirred into a glass of water with the juice of half a lemon. Alternative beverages can be used if preferred. One daily dose is for people who weigh up to 65kg; people weighing more than 65kg should increase the dose proportionately.
