Bodyassist 360 Gel Swivel Comfort Cushion

The Bodyassist 360 Gel Swivel Comfort Cushion makes sitting down, standing up and getting in or out of cars, chairs and beds noticeably easier for anyone with limited turning or twisting mobility. Its whisper smooth 360 degree rotation, moving effortlessly left or right, means you can simply sit, swivel and swing your legs into place, reducing the twisting actions that put strain on the hips, lower back and tailbone. Comfort is taken care of too: a supportive memory foam base is infused with a cooling gel inset that helps prevent heat build-up during long periods of sitting, while the ventilated mesh cover allows air to flow so you stay cool all day. The cushion supports up to 130 kgs of dead weight despite being lightweight and portable, and its non-slip base and turntable provide a secure grip on most seat surfaces, including beds, sofas, chairs, wheelchairs and car seats. For carers, the smooth, controlled rotation makes transfers between a bed and a wheelchair or chair safer and far less physically demanding. The removable soft polyester cover unzips easily and is fully machine washable, keeping the cushion fresh and hygienic, and the product is backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.

• 360 degree smooth swivel rotation (left or right) makes it easier to get in and out of chairs, beds and vehicles.
• Memory foam cushion with a cooling gel inset and ventilated mesh cover for cool, comfortable seating during long periods.
• Non-slip base and turntable provide a secure grip on most seat surfaces; supports up to 130 kgs.
• Reduces twisting actions on the body, helping to ease the physical burden on both users and caregivers.
• Removable, machine washable polyester cover, lightweight portable design and a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.

Please note: This cushion works best on rigid, flat surfaces. Some car seats have an incline or curved design that can stop the swivel base from rotating correctly; for these situations, we recommend using it together with the EVA Wedge Cushion accessory (#164EVA, purchased separately), which creates the flat, hard surface the swivel base needs. Do not use on unstable or sloped surfaces, and always ensure the user is steady and supported during transfers.
