Cutimed Siltec 10cm x 10cm Sterile 10 Pack features a silicone-coated, sterile, absorbent polyurethane foam dressing designed for effective wound exudate management. The wound contact layer is engineered to adhere gently to the periwound skin while avoiding adherence to the moist wound bed or newly formed epithelial tissue, supporting atraumatic and pain-reduced dressing changes. The outer film is water-repellent, bacteria-proof, and breathable, helping to maintain an appropriate moisture environment. Superabsorbent stripes within the dressing assist in absorbing and locking exudate, even under compression. The dressing can be cut to size for patient comfort and tailored application. Cutimed Siltec is suitable for a range of exuding wounds, including venous and arterial ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, surgical incisions, skin grafts and donor sites, lacerations, and abrasions, across low to high exudate levels. With a wear time of up to seven days depending on wound conditions and saturation, this dressing offers a practical option for ongoing wound care. Please consult a healthcare professional for advice on appropriate wound management.

  • Gentle wound contact layer: The perforated silicone layer helps prevent adherence to newly formed tissue and protects wound margins.
  • Water-repellent and breathable backing: The outer film is bacteria-proof and supports proper fluid evaporation across changing saturation stages.
  • Reliable exudate management: Vertical absorption and superabsorbent stripes help retain exudate within the dressing, even under compression.
  • Can be cut to size: The dressing may be trimmed to suit individual wound dimensions for improved patient comfort.
  • Wear time up to 7 days: Change every 24 hours initially, then adjust frequency based on wound conditions and dressing saturation.
