Cutimed Siltec 5cm x 6cm Sterile 10 Pack features a silicone-coated, sterile, absorbent polyurethane foam dressing designed with superabsorbent stripes to help absorb and retain wound exudate. The wound contact surface is designed to adhere to the periwound skin while not adhering to the moist wound bed or newly formed epithelial tissue, supporting atraumatic dressing changes. The perforated silicone wound contact layer helps protect wound margins and may assist in reducing discomfort during removal. A water-repellent and breathable outer film helps support proper fluid evaporation across changing stages of saturation. The dressing can also be cut to size, allowing for a comfortable fit tailored to individual needs. Cutimed Siltec is intended for use on exuding wounds and is recommended for wounds with low to high exudate levels. With a wear time of up to 7 days depending on wound conditions and saturation, this dressing offers practical exudate management through vertical absorption that helps keep exudate contained within the dressing, even under compression. Suitable for clinical and home care settings, Cutimed Siltec supports good wound care practice when used under appropriate guidance.

  • Silicone wound contact layer: Perforated design helps prevent adherence to newly formed tissue and supports atraumatic, pain-reduced dressing changes.
  • Reliable exudate management: Vertical absorption and superabsorbent stripes help take up and lock exudate inside the dressing, even under compression.
  • Water-repellent and breathable backing: Bacteria-proof outer film supports proper fluid evaporation across changing saturation levels.
  • Can be cut to size: The dressing can be trimmed for a comfortable, customised fit as needed.
  • Wear time up to 7 days: Dressing may remain in place for up to 7 days, depending on wound conditions and saturation; it is recommended to change initially every 24 hours, then less frequently as appropriate.
